A consultation with the doctor is needed in order for us to refer patients out to an imaging center.
Treatment
$30 (Consultation Only)
Consultations with the doctor are available on a walk-in basis only. All lab work, imaging, and treatment options will be an additional cost.
Physicals

$65 (DOT/CDL Renewal)
All school/sports, work, and DOT physicals are available on a walk-in basis. Physical paperwork is required to be filled out accordingly before being seen by the doctor.
